Every stylist at A Do or Dye Salon and Day Spa works on a Performance Based Level System. Our employees are placed in the levels based on the demand of their time and chosen career path of growth and achievement for our team.

The stylist's level of competency or creativity is not necessarily related to the years of experience he or she has. This is a common misconception. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us. At A Do or Dye, our service providers achieve promotions based on several factors. These factors include guest satisfaction, guest retention, performance, and education.

Once a stylist reaches a certain level, they become an educator and begin working with an associate. This enables them to train our next generation of new talent, and allows them the opportunity to be more accommodating to the specific needs of our guests, by having a second set of hands.

Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget.

Tina ~ Salon Owner & Stylist

Hello! I'm Tina Miller, the proud owner of A Do Or Dye Salon. With 39 years of experience in hairstyling, my passion lies in enhancing people's confidence and beauty from the inside out. I'm dedicated to nurturing budding stylists, guiding them to become confident professionals behind the chair.

My love for the beauty industry knows no bounds; whether it's cutting short, long, or curly hair, or crafting stunning hair colors, I'm always eager to create transformative looks. Building personal connections with my clients is paramount to me, as it allows me to provide tailored recommendations for their unique needs.

Currently, my focus is on expanding and nurturing our talented team here at A Do or Dye Salon.

Stef ~ Salon Owner, Stylist & Nail Technician

Hi! My name is Stefanie Scranton and I am the proud owner of A Do or Dye Salon and Day Spa. I've been a hair stylist, barber and nail technician for over three decades. My favorite part of my job is talking to clients, making them laugh, and making them feel good about themselves.

Jenn ~ Stylist

I have been a stylist for 20 years. My main goal is to be able to have my clients feel comfortable in my chair and leave feeling confident and beautiful. I love highlighting hair to create a natural look! Finding the perfect color tones to suit different complexions. Cutting hair is is a passion of mine. I love using different techniques to give texture and movement to those layered cuts. I also love giving any edgy short cuts including men's hair. I will always listen to the clients' wants and needs while giving my honest opinion with the knowledge I hold to give anyone beautiful hair! Look forward to meeting you!

Belle ~ Stylist/Makeup Artist

I am a graduate from Paul Mitchell Partner School and have been doing hair for 10 years and loving every minute of it! What started as a hobby for me has turned into my passion. I always love helping my clients achieve the hair of their dreams. My specialties are fashion colors, balayage/blondeing, color correction and bridal makeup.

Bree ~ Stylist

I have been in this amazing industry for 7 years. I've always had my hands in hair from a very young age. I take pride in customizing each client's look by enhancing and embracing their natural features. I love creating lived in looks that can be easily recreated at home. Being up to date on hair trends and fashion, my passion is in dimensional color, balayage/ombre, textured cuts, and continuing education! Firm believer in doing what I love and loving what I do.

Nat ~ Stylist

Hi, my name is Natalie. I graduated from the Paul Mitchell Temple in 2021 and have been doing hair for just under three years. When I'm not here you can most likely find me outside enjoying a long walk with my dog or curled up with a good book somewhere cozy. My passion lies in updo styling, vivids and dimensional colors. I love the ever-changing hair industry and the chance to meet so many new people each and every day. The hair experience to me is about finding the best style to fit your look but also focusing on making sure you're able to recreate your new look at home, as well. If that means we talk about products, styling dos and don'ts, or tweaks to your normal styles, I'm your girl to work with. I can't wait to meet you on your next visit to our salon.

I graduated from Award Beauty School in September of 2023. I've always had a love for hair ever since I can remember. I love fun color, blonding. I always love customizing any hair color or style with every one of my clients!

I have been in the industry for over 5 years, and truly love what I do! I love attending classes to keep up with the latest trends and techniques, and am sure to carefully listen to my clients vision to best assess their needs and lifestyle so they can feel their best in and out of the salon.

Lexi ~ Stylist/Makeup Artist

I’ve been doing all things beauty from a young age. I graduated from the temple in 2022. I started assisting a senior stylist, and I excelled in my development and quickly progressed. My goal is to make you feel your best inside and out by creating a look that fits you and your lifestyle. I love all things blonding, blowouts,haircuts, mens cuts and makeup!
