Every stylist at A Do or Dye Salon works on a performance based level system. Our employees are placed in the levels based on the demand of their time and chosen career path of growth and achievement for our team.

The stylist's level of competency or creativity is not necessarily related to the years of experience he or she has. This is a common misconception. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative, and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us. At A Do or Dye, our service providers achieve promotions based on several factors. These factors include guest satisfaction, guest retention, performance, and education.

Once a stylist reaches a certain level, they become an educator and begin working with an associate. This enables them to train our next generation of new talent and allows them the opportunity to be more accommodating to the specific needs of our guests by having a second set of hands.

Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget.

Hi! My name is Stefanie Scranton and I am the proud owner of A Do or Dye Salon. I've been a hair stylist, barber, and nail technician for over three decades. My favorite part of my job is talking to clients, making them laugh, and making them feel good about themselves.

Tina ~ Senior Stylist

Hello! I'm Tina Miller, I've been a senior stylist at A Do or Dye Salon for 20 years. With 41 years of experience in hairstyling, my passion lies in enhancing people's confidence and beauty from the inside out.

My love for the beauty industry knows no bounds; whether it's cutting short, long, or curly hair, or crafting stunning hair colors, I'm always eager to create transformative looks. Building personal connections with my clients is paramount to me, as it allows me to provide tailored recommendations for their unique needs.

Lexi ~ Stylist/Makeup Artist

I’ve been doing all things beauty from a young age. I graduated from the temple in 2022. I started assisting a senior stylist, and I excelled in my development and quickly progressed. My goal is to make you feel your best, inside and out, by creating a look that fits you and your lifestyle. I love all things blonding, blowouts, haircuts, men's cuts, and makeup! I look forward to meeting you and becoming your new hair-apist.
